European Nightcrawlers are valued for their adaptability, thriving in various climates and effectively reducing waste. These hardy worms are notable for their cold tolerance and versatility in outdoor composting. 

Though their decomposition rate is slower than Red Wigglers, they still effectively process diverse organic waste. Their nutrient-rich castings enrich soil, boosting plant health. European Nightcrawlers prefer 70° to 80°F climates but tolerate 45° to 90°F.
